RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL E5TATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED

$e it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn»
- wood, California, as Pollows:
WHEREAS, the Ci,ty Councll of the City �of LynH�ood has
heretofore, on the 19th day of January , 194 3, accepted
the offer of Claude R. Clark and Bessie E. Cla.rK, husba.nd. and ia�ife, as
,joint tenants for the purchase of all of,the right, title
and intereet of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands
lying within sald City;� .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn—
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as followa:
Section 1. That, the City.of Lynwood shall convey to
�. ... .,,the said Claude R. Clark �.nd Beesie E. Clesk, husband and vaife, as
tenants .

conditiana, reatrictiona,_reservations and easementa of re—
oord and sub�ect to assessmente reasaessmenta and bonded
11ens of record. That the Clty shall convey'to said pur—
` chaser no other or greater title to said lande than has
been acguired by said City.
� 5ection 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars a.nd no/100 (�p350.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth�
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyanae of cer—
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Claude R..Clark and Bessie E. Clarx, husband and u�ife, a.s .
,�oint tenants on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to afflx the CSty seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�.aasy to comple*e the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4� That tne Cit,y Clzrk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said daed ;o the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City oi Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consider<3tion shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The,property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lot 1289, Tract 3335, �s per
nep recorded in Book 36, Pagea
42 of Pdaps, Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
