RESOLIITION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYPviENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NANiED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn--
wood, California, as
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood hae '
heretofore, on the 19tYctay of January , 194�, accepted
the offer of Edrvard H. Good
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands
" lying within said City;
' NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn--
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Seotion la That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
- ° the S8S$ Ed4VaT'Q H. Good - _
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re�
° cord and sub,}ect to asseesments and reasseasments and bonded
liena of reaord. That the City shall convey to said pur—
. chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Four Hundred Sixty.Dollass and no/100 ($�460.00)
the iviayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth—
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer— ,
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Ed�vard H. Good
on behalf of the said Gity of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City Ss hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Niayor and City blerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
� escrow agreement nece�.aary to com�le*e the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That t�e Cit,y CLerl: of said City is author-
- ized to deliver sai� deed to the g.antee therein named, on
� behalf of the said City o£ Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
� dition tha.t the said consider2.tion shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
