A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNUd00D, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING bID
FOR THE PURCHASE Or CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of, the City of Lynwood, California,
d.oes hereby resolve as follo�vs:
That the City of Ly mvood, California desires to sell
the City-o�med tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEkEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the varitten bid of ,
Blanch Faught
now on file with the City Clerk of the City of Lyntivood, tivherein
the bidder offers to purchase the ta.x deeded property hereinafter
described upon the p2rtial payment plan and which bid was in all
respects made in accordance v the provisions of Resolution No,
1487 of the City o° Lynwood, and �vhich bid was publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a-----. re�� meeting of the City Council,
upon the 2nd day of March 194�, is the hig'r�est and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as follows, to �vit:
Z.ots 3 azid 4, Block 1, Modjeska Park, as per
map recorded in Book 9, pa�es 142 and 143 of
Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, Ca2ifoPnia.
BE IT FUkTHEn kESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �3U0.00 , pa,yable �30.00 accom--
panying bid, and �45.00 per month thereaTter until fully paid,
plus interest at 7,� per anmim.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interest �
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said �
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid:

bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk

California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the a.uthority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487. �
