A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNiN00D, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
rOR THE PURCiIASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROP�RTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
d_oes hereby resolve as follows:
Tha.t the City of Lynwood, Callfornia desires to sell
the C�ty-owned ta.x deeded property hereinafter described for the
purnose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:�
THEREFORE BE IT R�SOLVED, that the written bid of
N'orrest W. Johnsen and Claudine Johnsen
nova on file with the City Clerk of the City of L,ynwood, �vherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon.the partial pa.yment plan and tvhich bid was in all
respects made in accordance tinith the provisions of Resolution No.
• 1487 of the.City of Lynwood, and tivhich bid was publicly opened by
. the City Clerk at a=_ --. regular meeting of the Ci.ty Council,
upon the. 2nd day of March• _ 194 3, is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands•described
in said bid are as follows, to tivit: .
Lot 25, Block 3, Tract 6474, as per map recorded
in Book 71, pa�;e 5 of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
BE IT FURTHEit RESOLVED, that the purcha.se price ofiered
for said lands is in the sum of;�250.00 , paya.ble �25.00 accom-
panyi'ng bid, and �37.50 per months thereafter until fully paid,
plus intenest at the rate of 7p per annum.

BE IT FURTHER R.ESOLVED, that St is for the best interes'c
of the peeple of the City of Lynvaood, California, to sell said
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid:
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lyn�vood, California are hereby expressly�authorize3
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with a.nd by virtue of the,a.uthority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487. �
