A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 'COUNCIL OF ^1NE
CITY OF LYNlNOUD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTINC= BID
FOR THE PURCi�ASE Or CI1'Y OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follo�+rs:
Tha.t the Gity of Lyrnvood, California desires to sell
the City-owned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
' purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing t2.xes and assessment en-
, cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEREFORE bE IT RESOLVED, that the written bid of
J. Miles Stevens and IIernardine B. Stevens
now on file with the C�t,y Clerk of the City of Lym•aood, •�vherein
the bidder offers to purcha.se the tax deeded propert,y hereinafter
described upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all
respects ma.de in accordance caith,the provisions of Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lynwood, a.nd which bid was publicly opened by
the City C1e at a.. --- remular meeting of the Qity•Council,
upon the 2nd day of Mnrch ___ 194 3, is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as folloUrs, to wit: , .

� BE IT FURTHEFt RESOLVED, that the purchase price ofiered
for said la.nds is in the sum of �700:00 -, payable none accom--
panying bid, and �175,00 to be paid on Jul,y 1, 1943,,and the balance
to be paid on or before October 1, 1943, plus interest at 7p per annum.

of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said `�
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bld: •
IQOW THEP,EFORE� it is further resolved, that the said
bld for said lands is hereby accepted and the l4ayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood, California are hereby expressly author3zefl
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the a.uthority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
