A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, CaliPornia,
doea hereby resolve as follows:
, That.the City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the City-owned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on sald land:
THEREFORE bE IT RESOLVED, that the wrltten bid of
Harold S. Svenson and Druzella Svenson
now on file with the Clty Clerk of the City of Lynwood, wherein
the bidder offers.to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
descrlbed upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all
respects made in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and which bid was publicly opened by
the Clty Clerk at a 0- --- 0 re�ular meeting of the City Councll>
upon the 2nd day of March 194�, is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as follows, to tivitt
Lot 136, Tract 7572, as per map recorded in Book '
82, pages 22 and 23 of �aps, Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
� BE IT FURTHEH RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands 1s in the sum of �300.00 , payable�3U.00 accom-
panying bid, and �22,50 per month until paid . in f�ll, plus interest
at the rate of 7� per annum on the deferred balance.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interes'c
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said `'
lands to said bidder,£or said purchase price in accordan0e with
the terms of said bidt
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of LynH�ood, California are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
� California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser im accordance with and by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
