A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, AGCEPTING BID
, FOR TfiE PURCHASE OF CITY O�F+NED TAX DEEDED
, REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follows: `` �
, That the City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the City-�wned tax deeded property hereinafter descrlbed for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and 11qui-
dating so,Par as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:
' THEkEFORE bE IT RESOLUED, that the �ritten bid of
James Eromo and Dorothy �. Eromo
novr on file with the�City Clerk oP the City of Lynwood, whereiri '
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
descrlbed upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all
� respects made in accordance U!ith the provisions ap Resolution No.
, 1487 of th� City of Lynv�ood, and wYiich bid U�as publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a ----. re�ular meeting of the City Council,
, upon the 2nd day of Mnrch 194�,, is the highest and
' best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
Sn said bid are as follows, to �vit;
Lots 24 and 25, Block 1, Mo�jeska Park, as per mep
recorded in Book 9, pages 142 and 143 of Maps, Re-
cords of Los Angeles County, California.,
� - BE IT FURThER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
: for said land6 is in the sum of �300.00 , payable �15.00 accom-
panying b1d, and balance to be paid within lU months in equal in-
stallments, plus interest at 7� per cent per annum.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interesi
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said
lands to said bldder for said purchase price in accordan�e with
the terms of said bid;
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Glerk
of the Gity of Lynx�ood, California are hereby expreasly authorizec3
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, '
California, a written oontract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the authority Sn-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No, 1487.
