A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
• CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNTA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDEA
REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, Callfornia,
does hereby resolve as follow�:
, That the City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the City-c�wned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEREFORE bE IT RESOLVED, that the written bid of
Louis Borie and P�iollie Borie
now on file with the Clty Clerk of the City of Lynwood, wherein
the bldder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all
respects made in accordance vrith the provisions of Resolution No.
�
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and which bid �n�as publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a_ re�ular meetin� of the City Council,
upon the ��tn_ day of P!ia}�ch 1943 , is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as follows, to tivit:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered '
for said lands is in the sum of ?�350.00 , payable ��0.00 accom-
panyin� bid, and �25.00 or more, on tne 15th day of each month
beginning on the 15tn da;/ of Ap_^il, 1943.

the terms of said bid;
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the MayOr and City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood, California are hereby expressly authorized -
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
� purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the authority Sn-
vested in them so to do in Resolution tdo, 1487.
