A RESOLUTION OF THE CZTY COUNCIL OF THE
GITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, Callfornia,
does hereby resolve as follows:
� That the City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the C�ty-�wned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEREFORE BE IT Rr.BOLVED, that the written bid of
George W. N?orehouse a.nd Lizzie R. le?orehouse
novJ on file with the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, wherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all
respects made in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and which bid was publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a --- regular meetin� of the City Council,
upon the loth day of March 194 3, is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as follows, to �vit;
Lot 118?, Tract 33�5, as per map
recorded in Book 36, page 42 of �
IvTaps, Records of Los Angeles County,
Ca� =fOP7112.
BE IT EURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is Sn the sum of �750.00 , payable �'�5.00 accom--
panying bid, and �56.25, or More, on the 15tY� day of each nonth
beginning on the 15tn da.y of April, 1943.

BE IT FURTHER•RESOLVED, that it is for the best interesc
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said
lands to said bldder for said purchase price in accordanDe with
the terms of said bid:
NOW THEREFORE, it Ss further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood California are hereby expressly authorize@
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
