A RESOLUTION OF THE GITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDEA
REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California, '
does hereby resolve as follows:
That the City of Lynwood, California desires to'sell
the City-owned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:
THE�EFORE bE IT RESOLVED, that the written bld of
Edvlard A. LS'illians, a ma.rried man. •
now on file with the City Clerk of City of Lyncaood, wherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
descrlbed upon the partial payment plan.and which bid was in all
respects made in accordance u�ith the provisions of,Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and ivhich bid was publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a ---- re�,ular meeting of.the Oity Council,
upon the 16tn day of it�iarch 194 3, is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in �said bid are as follows, to tivit: •-
Lot 1197, Ezsterly half, -Tract .3335, •
ae per m�p recorded in Book 36, Fage
42 of P:aps, Records of Los Angeles .
County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �p400.60 , payable � accom--
panying bid, and �30.00, or more, on the 15th �ay of each nonth
beginnir.g on the 15th day of April, 1543, nlus interest.

BE IT-FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interes'c
of the people of the City of Lynwood, Ce.lifornia, to sell said
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid:
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Glerk
of the City of Lyn��ood, California are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
