A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
• CSTY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BTD
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED

The City_COUneil of the City•of Lynwood; California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
That the,City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the City��wned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property. back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:
THF� EFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the written bid of

now on file with the C�ty Clerk of the City of Lynurood, wherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the partial payment plan and vrhich bid was in all
, re�pects made in accordance �!ith tYie pnovisions of .Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and which bid was publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a�` ---_ re�ular meeting of the City Council,•
upon the 16tr. day of It4ai:ch 194 , Ss the highest and
p' best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as follows, to tivit:

corded. in Eook 30, pa�'e 42 of Ddaps,
Records of Los Angeles �ounty, GaIif-
ornia. '
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,'that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of?h350.00 , payable �P50.00 accom-
panying bid, and$$�3.35, or more, on the 15th d�y of ea.ch month be-
ginning on the l5th day o: April, 1943.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interesc
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanpe with
the terms of said bid;
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood, California are hereby expressly authorize@
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a wrltten contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No, 1487,
