RESOLOTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EX�CUTION OF A DEED '
UPON PAYtuiEldT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIuiED
THEREIN. �
' Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn—
wood, Callfornia, as follows:
. - WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
' heretofore, on the 2nd day of l�a.rch , 1943 , accepted
the offer of S. B. Schwab ...
for the purchase of all'of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lymvood in and to certain lands
, lying.within said City; �
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council the City of Lyn—
' wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as fol�ows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said S. B. Schvaab
" said property hereinafter deacribed, sub,Ject to
` conditlons, restrictions, reservations and easemerita of re—
cord and sub�ect to assessmente and reassessmenta and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur»
' chaser no other or greater title to eaid lands than has
been acquired by said City.
3ection 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum oP Eight Hundred and noJ10Q Dollars (�800.00)
the Niayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-�
orized and direcCed to execute a deed of conveyanoe oP cer—

tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
, specifled to. S, B. Schw�b
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
• � said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City
