RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHOR7ZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYTuiEIQT OF THE CONSIDERATION NANiED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEAEAB, the City Council of the Clty of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 2 nd day of PRarcn � 1943 , accepted
the offer of Le��ais Niusumeci
. for the purchase of all of the right, title
and intereat of the City of Lymvood in and to certaln lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, Lhe City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Lewis ivlusumeci
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditions, reatrictions, reservations and easements of re-
cord and sub�ect to assesaments and reassessments and bonded
llens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur»
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City.
5ection 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Three Hundred and no/100 Dollare (�300:00)
the Ivlayor of the City of Lynwood ie hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Letivis Musumeci
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of �ynwood.
Section 3. That the Niayor and Gity Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necer:aa.•ry to comule*e the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4- Tnat t�e Cit,y Clerl. of said City is author;
ized to deliver said deed to t'ne g�antee therein named, on
behalf of the said City oi L,ynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration sriall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by,this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lots ll and 12,. Block 6, I'�od�eska
Park, as per map recorded in Book
9, Pag°s 142 and 143 oi P,iaps, Re-
cords of�Los Angeles County, Calif-
ornia. ,
