RESOLUTION N0. 1518. �
A RESOLIITION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNS�OOD, CALIFORNIA, REQUIRING.THE CITY ENGINEER
OF SAID CITY OF LYNWOOD, TO REPORT AND MAKE RE-
'COMMENDATIONS CONCERNING EMERGENCY SEWER CONST-
RUCTION.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, Caliiornia, as follows: ,
That, whereas, reports have come to the attention of the
City Council of said City of Lyn�vood, that there is a present ur-
gent emergency for the construction of an additional secrer sys-
tem in areas within the corporate limits of the city of Lynwood�
Californie, where lack of sewers are causin� a serious �eopardy
to health conditions. ,
NOtiJ, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the C1ty Eh-
gineer of the said City of Lynwood, California, make an immediate ""��
investigation end report to this City Council at its next regular
meetin� concerning the urgency and necessity oY construction of
a sanitary sewers within the said Qity of Lynwood and,make recom-
mendations and to file with the City Cierk a map shovring the ex-
terior boundaries of all lands proposed to be included in such
sewer district and that said Cit,y Engineer shall also as soon as
can be done, file wi th the City Clerk of said City, plans and
specificativns and an estimate of the cost of such proposed sani-
tary sewers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEll that the City Clerk shall forth-
tirith deliver to the City �ngineer of �he said City of Y;ynwood, a
certified copy of this resolution.
