REAL PROPERTY. . The City Council of the City of Lynwood, CalSfornia, does hereby resolve as follows: � That the City of Lymvood, California desires to seli the Cgty-�wned tax deeded property hereinafter descrSbed for the purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and 11qui- dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en- cumbrances of record now on said landt THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the written bid of FToyd F. S:Zephard and Clara D. Shepard nov� on file with the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, wherein the bidder offers to purchase.the tax deeded property hereinafter described upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all respects made in accordance �!ith the provisions of Resolution No. - 1487 of the City of Lynwood, and tivhich bid was publicly opened by ° the City Clerk at a�_ ___'. re�ular meeting of the City Council; . upon the 6th day of April 1943 , is the highest and best bid for the sale of said lands.� That said l,ands described in said bid are,as follows, to �vit: The Westerly one-half of Lot 275, Tract 2551, as per map recorded in Book 24, pages 78, 79 and 80 o? Maps, Records oP Los Angeles County, California. BE IT FURTHEk RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered for said lands is in Che sum of �400.00 , payable $40.00 accom� panying bid, and �25.00, or more, on the 15th day of each month be- ginning on the 15th day of April, 1943, and continuing until fully . paid,, plus intereat. _ � � �. � BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interesc of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said lands to said bidder for said purchase price ln accordanoe with the terms of said bid:.
