Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyi�.-
wood, California, as follows:

heretofore, on the 16th day of March _�� 194 aa-•
cepted the offer of Alfonso Meririo and Clara B. Merino, hus-
band and wife, ae ,jolnt tenants
for the purchase of al1 of the right, title and interest of
` the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
- said City; �
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Councii of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Lyn�vood shall convey to
the said Alfonso Merino and Clara B. PRerino, hueband and

wife, as ,joint tenants
said property hereinafter desoribed, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said Clty.
Section 2, That upori payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of One Hundred and Trventy-Pive Dollare and no/100
($125.00) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed_of.conveyance of.. cer-

tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Alfonso Merino and Clara B..Merino, husband and

Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of sai.d G:.ty,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign�ar.;�
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of saia

Section 4, That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
, behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City,
