Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of �5r7-�;_
wood, California, as follows:
- - - WHEREAS ; the City Cour.cil of the City of Lynrvood has
heretofore, on the 16th day of March 1g43 aa-

cepted the offer of John McNeil and Ina McNeil, huaband and
wife, as �oint tenants

for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section l, That the City of Lynrvood shall convey to
the said John McNeil and Ina I�4eNe11, huaband and wife, as
,�oint tenante
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
� or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. .That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of One Hundred and twenty-five Dollars and no/1P0
(�"125.00) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to John McNeil and Ina McNeil, huaband and wife,
