RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYP�iENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIviED .
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn— .�
wood, Callfornia, as followa:
WFIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 16thday of March , 1943 , accepted
the offer of Tommie Garland Hargrove, a marri�ed woman
for the purchase of all of the right, tl.tle
and interest of the City of Lym�rood in and to certain landa
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council oP the City of Lyn—
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Tommie Garland Hargrove, a married woman
said property hereinafter descrlbed, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re—
oord and sub�ect to.assessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur—
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of T1�z'ee Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�300.00)
the IvIayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth—
• orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer—
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Tommie Garland Hargrove, a married woman
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,.and that
' the City CZerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the sald City of Lyna�ood.
Section 3� That the iu,ayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hareb� au�ho_^ized to sign any
escrow agreement necer-s�sy to cemple*e the transfer of said
lands. ,
Section 4. Tnat the Ci�y Clar:� of said City is author-
ized to deliver said daFa �o tize grantee therein named, on
behalf of the s11d City oi L,ynwcod, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said considera.tlon shall have been paid to
said City. .
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described.as follo�us, to wit:
Lots 22 and 23, Block 1, Mod�eska
Park, as per map recorded in Book
9, Pagea 142 and 143 of iviaps, Re-
cords of Los Angelea County, Calif-
ornia.
