RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYIviENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAI�iED
THEREIN
Be it resolved by the Clty Council of the Clty of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the l6th day of March , 1943 , accepted
the offer of E. W. Minney or Gertrude Mary Minney, husband
and wife for the purchase of all of the right, title
and intereat of the City of Lymvood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NQW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
' wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the Gity of Lynwood shall convey to
� the said E. PV. Minney or Gertrude Mary Minney, huaband
and wife said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to
condltions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re-
cord and sub�ect to assesements and reassessments and bonded
liens of reoord. That the City ahall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to eaid lands Lhan has
been acquired by said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Four Hundred and no/100 Dollara (�400.00) •
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter deecribed, conveying the same as above
specified to E. W. Minney or Gertrude Mary Mlnney, husband
and wife on behalf oP the sald City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said Gity is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and Lo affix the City seal of the incorporated City
� ,
of Lynwood thereto, on beha.lf of the said C1ty of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the h4ayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece:.�ary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the Cit,y Cleric of said City is author-
ized to dellver said deefl to the grante= therein named, on �
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as followa, to witt
I,ots 11 and 12, Block 19, Mod�eska
' Park, as per map recorded in Book
9, Pages 142 and 143 of Mape, Re-
cords of Los Angelea County, Calif-
ornia.
