Dear Mr. Chezem:
Pursuant to Section 1.1 Term of the existing Agreement for Heating, Ventilation, and Air
Condition Systems at City Facilities between the City of Temple City and Ontario Refrigeration
Service, Inc. the City wishes to extend the Agreement for an additional one-year term. All
conditions, requirements, compensation, and scope of work would remain the same (see
attached). If acceptable, please indicate your agreement by signing below and returning a copy
of this letter by May 27, 2016 to:
