Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lgr
wood, California, as follows:

cepted the offer of C, C, Copeland and Cora 0. Copeland, hus-
band and wife, as ,joint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, .title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said Clty;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: �
Section 1. That the City of Ly rnvood shall convey to
the said C, C. Copeland_and_Cora.C. 6opeland, husband and
wife, as �oint tenanta
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said 1'ands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of LynU�ood of
the sum of Four Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�400.00)
_ , the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
speclfied to C, C. Copeland and Cora C. Copeland, husband and
wife, ae �oint tenanta

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the Cir-�
Clerk of said City is hereby aizthorized to attest aaid
� deed and to affix the City seal of the incorperated Gi*;� �.
of Lynwood thereto, on behalf ef *he said City ef Lynwood
Section 3. That the Mayor and C�ty Clerk of said Gi.ty,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign ar.f
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of saia

Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as'soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration sha�l have been paid to
said City,
- Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lota l0, ll and 12, Block 1,-Mod�eska
Park, as per map recorded in Book 9,
Pages T42 and 143 of PRaps, Records of
