Be it resolved by the CiLy Council of the City of I,y��•:-
wood, California, as follows:
WHF.REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood hns
heretofore, on the 16th day of March___, 194 3 ac-•
cepted the offer of Jamea Johneton
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; '
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Lyn�vood shall convey to
the said Jamea Johneton �� -J �.� � . .
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by .
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars and no/100 (�150.00�
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to �James Johnston

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that tne C1=•�
Clerk of said City is hereb,y authorized to attest sai:
deed and to affix the City seai oi t?�e incorporated Gi*;� ,
of Lynwood thereto, on beha'_f of t:�e said City of Lynwood
Section 3, That the Mayor and Clty Clerk of said G;.ty
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign ar.�
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of saia

Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
�dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City,
Section 5: The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:

per map recorded in Book 9, Pagea
