Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyr�:-
wood, California, as followst

V4'HEREAS the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 16th day of _March __, 194 3 ac-
cepted the offer of J. Heffron, a married man
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said - -- J. Heffron, a narried man �- -"�` -
said property hereinafter described, sub,fect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That.the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Sectlon 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of �
the sum of �ree Hundred and Fifty Dollara end no/100
(�350.Q0) the,Mayor of the City.,of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer- '
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to J. Heffron, a married man

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the ^i's•r
Clerk of said City is hereb,y authorized to attest aai:
deed and to affix the Cit,y seal of the incorporated Gi�,r �.
of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said C.ity ef Lynwood
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said G:.ty,
on behalf of said City, Are hereby authorized to sign a;.�
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of sai3

Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dltion that the sald consideration ahall have been paid to
said City,
Section 5.. The p'roperty conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lota 20 and 21, Block 3, Mod�eska
Park, as per map necorded in Book
