Be it resolved by the City Council of the City.of Lyn;-
wood, California, as follows:
�------�--- -- --WfiEREAS; the City Council - tfie City of has �
heretofore, on the lst day of December _, 194 3 ac-•
cepted the offer of E. A, ShiveTy and Hazel A. Shively, hus-
band and wife, as �oint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve,,determine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Ly rnvood shall convey to
the said E. A. Shively_and Hazel_A. Shively, husband and
wife, as ,Joint tenanta
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Three Hundred and no/100 Dollara (�300.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth- _, .
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conyeying the same as above
specified to E, A. Shively and Hazel A. Shively, husband
and wife, as Joint tenants

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the Ci'c•:�
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City sea� of the incorporated Ci*y �,
of Lynwood thereto; on behalf cf the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said Ci.ty,
on behalf of said City, Are hereby authorized to sign an;;
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of sai3
lands,
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration ahall have been paid to
said City, .
Section 5. The property conveyed by thls agreement is
described as follows, to witt
Lot 39, Tract 2551, as per map re-
corded in Book 24, Pages 78, 79 and
80 of Maps, Recorda oP Los Angeles
County, California.
