RESOLUTIUN SELLING CERTAI�' REAL ESTATE �
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYNiENT OF THn CON5IDERATION NAMED
THEREIN, -
He it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, Galifornia, as follows:

y WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the _oth day of April __, 194_3 ac-
cepted the offer of V. Hugo Limber and Alverda L. Limber
husband and �ife, as ,joint tenants
• for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE; the City Council of the City of Lyn=
wood does hereby resolve, determine.and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
- the�said V. Hugo Limber and Alverda L. Lii�ber, fiusbpnd arid '
wife, as ,Joint tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations arid easemente of reoord.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of One Thousand Dollars and no/100 (�1,000.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to V. Hugo Limber and Alverda L. Limber, husba.nd
and wife, as ,Joint tenants

escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of sai'

Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City, �
Sectlon 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lots 35, 36, 37 and 38, all in
