Be it resolved by the City Council of the City cF i;yr�:- ,
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 6th day of APril ___� 194 3 ac-•
Cepted the offer of p.�yron L. Sanders and Lola I�. Sanders,
husband and wife as Soint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council.of the City of Lyn-
' wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said pRyron L. Sanders and Lole P.4. Sanders, husband and
wife as �oint tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Six hundred. and Fifty Dollare and no/100 (�650.00)

'the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to IvIyron L. Sanders and Lola P�I. Sanders, husband
and wife as ,joint tenants.

on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign ar;,r
escrow agreement necessary to comp�ete the transfer of s�i3

Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said�deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration ahall have been paid to
said City,
Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lot 1255, except the north 50 feet,
Tract 3335, as per roag recorded in
Book 36, Page 42 of P.?aAS, Records
