OF LOS 41NGELES, AND �ONSENTING TO lt� REFUNDING
__ _ OF SAID INDEBTEDNESS AND THE I�VYING OF A_
RE(1SSESSMENT THEREFOR.
NtAEREAS, the Board of Supervisora of the County of Los
Angeles, State o£ Califoruia, has heretofore adopted a resolution
� determining that the public interest, convenience and necessitg
I require the refunding of the indebtedness of Acquisition and
Improvement District Number 237 of the County of Los Angeles, and
stating that said Board of Supervisors proposes to con3uet a pro-
ceeding for the refunding of the indebtedness of said district
under the provisions of the Assess�ent Bond Reflznding Act of 1933,
==� ' � amended�, and the consent--of t_nis- Citg Counci,l to the
refunding of said indebtedness and to the levying of a'reassessment
therefor, under said Act; and
WI�LREAS, a certified copg of said resolution has been filed
with this City Council; and
PlHERFAS, Acquisition and Improvement District Number 237 lies
partially within the incorporated limits of the Cities of Compton
and Lgnwood and partiallg within unincorporated territory of said
Cou nty, and
�RFAS, this City Council is fully informed in the

NOIN, TFLREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
California, does hereby resolve and determine as followss
Section 1. That the public interest, convenience and
necessity require the refunding oP the indebtedness o£ Acquisition
and Improvement District Number 237 of the Countg of Los Angeles
under the provisions of the Assessment Bond Refunding Act of 1933,
, •
as amended. �
Section 2. That the Board of Supervisors of the Countg
of Los Angeles is a proper body to conduct said proceedings and
this City Council hereby consents to the refur.�7ing of the
indebtedness of sa3d district and to the levy of a reassessment
therefor under said A,ct, and consents to the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Los Angeles conductin� the nroceedings therefor.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this resolution and shall also certify a copy of
tnis resolution and file the same witn the Clerk of the.Board of
Supervisors of Los Angeles County.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this day of April, 1943.
