RESOLVE AS FOLLOCvS:
Tha.t tne �vater installation designated and kno�Nn by the
Federal !4orks Agency of Southern Californie as its California
Docket $$4-376 was completed by said Federal Works Agency upon
the 12th day of �iarch, 1943, in accordance with the plans and
specification of the said Federal �'dorks Agancy on and along Lynwood
Road, FernvJOOd P.venue and Santa Fe Avenue within the said City of
Lynwood, California.
That said ivater installation ha.s been duly inspected a.nd
te�ted by the said City of Lynr•�ood, through it's Water Superinten-
dent and Inspector and found to be in a11 respecta in accordance
with eaid pla.ns and specificati.on� and to be in all respects com-
pleted and ready for operation and in operation and that said
water installation is in all respects satisfactory.
That said water installation has been constructed by
the said Federal YJorks Agency wit! expense for either labor or
materials to the CitSr of Lynwood and ia by said Federal �vorks Agency
offered to the City of Lyn�vood, so that the sane may become a.nd be
used as part of the public �rater system of the sa.id City of L•ynwood.
Noia therefore, be it further resolved, that in anprecia-
tion of this act upon the part of the said Federal Works A�ency,
the incorporated city of Lynwood, California.> d.oes hereby declare
that the said water pro,ject known as California Docket #4-376 xas
co�oleted �?arch 12, 1943, in Lynwood Road, Fernvrood P.venue and,S�-nta
Fe 9venue in the said City of Lynwood, California; and has been duly ini
spected and tested by the said City of,Lynwood a.nd is hereby found to bf

California, and is in all respects sa.tisfactory to the said
City of Lynwood; and that said water installa.tion be and the
same is hereby accepted by the said City of Lynivood, California.
