THEREIN,
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyr:-.
wood., California, as folldws:
�- -- ------, WHEREAS, the Ci�ty Council - of the City of Lynwood� hae � ` �
heretofore, on the 20th day of _ April _,, 194 3 ac-
cepted the offer of Bernhard D. Ehfe
f'or the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
eaid City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Bernriard D. Enfe
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions; reservations and easements of record.
That the City ahali convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City. �
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Five Y.undred Dolla.rs and no/100 (�500.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to bernha.rd D. Ehfe

on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to ei.gn a^J
escrow agreement necessary to compiete the transfer of saia
lands.
Seetion 4. That the City Clerk of said City is autror-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on ,
behalf of the said City of Lynvaood, as soon as, or unon con-
_ dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
sald City,
Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
