Forshey for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within said City; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn- wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: Section 1: That the City of Ly rnvood shall'convey to the said Ethel D. Forshey said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record. That the City shal3 convey to said purchaser no other or greater title to said lands than hae been acquired by said City, Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-Five Dolla_rs e.nd no/100 (�275.00) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth- orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer- tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above speci£ied to Ethel D.
