Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyr,_
wood, California, as follows:

heretofore, on the 20th day of April _,� 194 3 ac-
cepted the offer of John Hunt and Thelma F. Hunt, husband
and wife, as ,Joint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THFREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said John Hunt and T�elma F. Hunt, nusband and wife,

said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of r.ecord, and
subject to A. & I District No. 19 refunding bond_s.
That the City shali convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
' Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Tvio Hundred Fifty Dollars and no/100 (�250.00) ,
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer- .
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
, specified to John Hunt and Thelma F. Hunt, husband and wife
as ,joint tenants

Clerk of said City is hereby aiitho:ized to attest saiu
deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated Gi�v �,
of Lynwood thereto, on beha�f cf the said City of Lynwooa
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said G9.ty,
on behalf of said City, Are hereby authorized to sign an�
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of sai3
lands,
5ection 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration ahall have been paid to ��

Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 20, PQod.]eska Park,
as per map recorded in Book 9, Pages 142
