Be lt resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyr�-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has

_ ��heretofor�e, on the ��t,� day of April __, 1943 ac-
cepted the offer of Wu�, R. Ellerman
' for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
, the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of trie City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the sald Wm. R, Ellerman �
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrictions; reservations and easements of record.
That the City shali convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
� Said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of. -
the sum of Eighty Seven.Dollars and 50/100 (�87.50)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
, orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-

Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
� behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-

described as follows, to wit: �
