- Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of i,yr.-
wood, California, as follows:

heretofore, on the 20th day of April _, 194 ac-
cepted the offer of �ayne A. Birkby
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
, said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
, wood does.hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
�' the said Wayne A. Birkby
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions;
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has-been acquired by
said City.
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Eighty Seven Dolla:rs and 50/100 (�87.50)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
" orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
