, Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyr,-
wood, California, as follows:

for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the Gity of Lynwood in and"to certaln lands lying within
• said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lymvood shall convey to
the said Victor T,juland_er and ?viyr.tle P�ay T,julander, husband

the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed o£ conveyance o£ cer-.
