Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of I,yr.�- ' •
wood, California, as follows:

cepted the offer of Ho�vard Lamb and. Emma Lamb, husband and

for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
, the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That.the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said, howard LaMb ar.� F.nma La.nb, husba.nd and wife, as

said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions;`
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
Tha� the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Eighty Seven Dollare and 50/1G0 ($�87.50)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute.a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Howard Lamo and �mma Lar.io, husband and wife, as
,joint tenants

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and tha t tl:e Si t�r
Clerk of said City is hereby aiithorized to attest aa�3
deed and to affix the City seai oi the incorporated �itv

Section 3e That the Mayor and City Clerk of said C9.ty,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign ar_;;
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of sai� �
lands.
Seotion 4. That the City Clerk of said Gity is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City,
Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Easterly 40 feet of the �9esterly
80 feet of the Southerly 60'feet �
of Lot 1202, Tract 3335, as per
map recorded in Book 36, Page 42 of
R4aps, Recorda of Los 9n�eles �ounty,
