THEREIN,
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyr.�-
wood, Californla, as follows:
"- �-- -- WHEREAS; - th`e City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 4t� day of Pii�____, lgg � ac-
cepted the offer of �7alter �Y. Stricklen and_ Dorothy 8tricklen, ',
husband and wife as joint tena.nts
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain.lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE; the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1: That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Walter t"�. Stricklen and Dorothy Stricklen, husband

and �vife as joint tenants �
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions;
• restrictions, reservations and easements of record:
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dol3ar•s and no/100 (�150.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
_ orized.and directed_to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to �ialter �?'. Stricklen and Dorothy Stricklen,
husband and wife as �oint tenants

escrow agreement necessary to compiete the transfer of sai3

Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to

Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described ae follows, to wit:
East 15 feet of Lot 49, Block 18,
