THEREIN,
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California; as follows:

� cepted the offer of Augusta: Floett Dunean �
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Au�usta Floett Duncan
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Three Hundred Dollars and no/100 (�"300.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
""""° ` °orized and directed to execute a deed`of conveyance of cer'-
tain land hereinafter descrlbed, conveying the same as above
� specified to Augusta Floett Duncan
