RESOLUTION SELLZNG CERTAIn? REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZZNG THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAY&IEN^1 OF THE CON5IDERATION NAMED
THEREIN. -
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of iy�,-
wood, California, as follows: "

heretofore, on the 6th day of April__� 194 ac-
cepted the offer of Pa:ul Albrecht So^ensen and Ruth Sorensen,
husband and �:�ife as ,Joint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
eaid City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall.convey to
the said Paul Albrecht Sorensen and Ruth Soreneen, husband

said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to condltions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record:
• That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Seven Hundred Dolla.re and.no/100 (.°�700.00)
the Mayor of .the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed,to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tairi land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specifled to Paul P.lbrecht Sorensen and Ruth Sorensen, nusband
and caife as ,joint tenants

�� � J Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
' dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Lot 1190, Tract 3335, as per
map recor�ded in Book 30, page
42 of I!saps, Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
