Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows: '
� Vv'HEREAS,_the Ci.ty Council of the City of Lynwood has -`�
heretofore, on the 20tn day of April� 1945 ac-
cepted the offer of Alfred J. Vivalda and Fary 9iva.lda,
husband and u�ife as jo?nt tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of.
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE; the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does kiereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Alfred J. V�valda and. FPry Vivalda, husband and

said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Four• Hundred Dollass and no/100 (�400.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and direpted to execute a deed of conveyance of cer- �
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Alfred J. Vivalde and Fary Vivalda, husband and
v�ife as ,Joint tenants .

Section 4. That the City Clerk of saicl City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said.City.
Section 5. The proper.ty conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
