THEREIN,
Be it.resolved by the City'Council of the City of L,vr,-
wood, California, as follows:

for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doea hereby resolve, determine and order as.follows:
Section l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said V. 9, Nation
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record, and to
A. & I. District No. 115, Reiunding Hond and Sen�er Assessments
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Tc�o Hundred nifty-three Dollar� and 29/100 (�25�.29)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and direCted to execute a.deed of conveyance o£ cer-
