A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY�COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
That the City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
. the City-owned ta.x deeded property herelnafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible.the existing taxes and assessment en-
� cumbrances o£ record now on said landt
THEREFORE bE IT RESOLVED, that the written bid of
Harry Jevas and C12ra"Jevas
now on file with the City Clerk of the City of L,ynvaood, wherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the partial payment plan and vahich bid was in all
' respects made in accordance e+rith the provisions of Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lyn�vood, and tivhich bid was publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a ---- re�zlar meeting of the Gity Council,
upon the 1�_ day of June 194 3, is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as follows, to tivit: �
Lots 15 knd 14, �lock 4, t;4od,jeska P2rk, as per map
recorded in Book 9, pages 142 and 143 of PvIa.pe, Re-
cords of Los Angeles County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �400.00 , payable �100.00 accom-
, panying bid, and �25.00, or more, on ti:e 10�h day of each montn be-
ginning on the lOth da;� of July, 1943, plus interest.

� BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interesc
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid: •
- ' NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lyn�vood, California are hereby expressly authorized ,
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said.City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of safd lands to said
,' purchaser in accordance with a.nd by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1�87.
