� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDEA
REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follpws:
That the City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the City-owned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqul-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said landc
THEREFORE fi E IT RESOLVED, that the written bid of
Lynwood Welfare
now on file with the C�ty Clerk of the City of Lynwood, wherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all
respects made in accordance ti�!ith the provisions of Resolution No
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and which bid x�as publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a-------- regular meeting of the City Council,
upon the lst day of June 1943 , is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as follows, to tivit: �
6outh one half of Lot 8, Tract 2'794, as per map
recorded in Book 28, Page 8 of t�ape, Records oP
Loa An�elee County, Californi�.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �650.00 , payable �65.00 accom-
panying bid, and �48.75, or norQ, on the lOth day of each month be-
ginning on the lOth day oY July, 1943, plus interest.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interesc
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said
lands to said bldder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid:
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lyn�t�ood, California are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the a.uthority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487. �
