RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAID? REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORTZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYIvIENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyi,-

� ~ WHEREAS, the City Council of the Clty of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 18th day of May 194 3 ac-

cepted the offer of Lily Gray
for the purchase of all of the right, tltle and Snterest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW., THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby reso2ve, determine and order as follows:
$ection l, That the Clty of Lynwood shall convey to

said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, res,ervations and easements of record.

That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other

Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
Lhe sum of 81x Hundred Fifty.Dolla.ra.and no/100 ($650.00)

the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed ,to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter des,cribed, conveying the same as above

Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to.,affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on.behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3: That the NIayor and Gity Clerk of said Ci,ty,
on behalf of said City, are liereby authorized to sign any
eecrow a�reement necessary to complete .the transfer of said
lands. .
Section 4, That the City Clerk oi said Ci.ty is author-
. ized to fleliver said deed to the grpntee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration sha.11 have been paid to
said City,
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follo�vs, t0 wit:
Lot 26, Tract ?551 aG per map recorded in Book 24,
Pages 78, 79 and 80 of I•ilaps, Recorda of Los Angeles
County, Cslifornia, excepting and reserving an ease-
ment to the Grantor over the �1�esterly 10 feet for
Street and Public Highway.
