THEREIN,
• Se it resolved by tlie City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California as follows:
R'HEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Lynwood has �
heretofore, on the 15th day of June , 194 ac�
cepted the offer of Harvey Largent and Dovie Francea Largent,
husband and wife as ,joint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood Sn and to'certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve,. determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the �ity of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Harvey Largent and Dovie Frances Largent, husband and
wife, � as ,joint tenanta,
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City eYiall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
� said City. '
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynurood of
the sum of Elght Hundred and no/l00 Dollars (�800.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby.auth-
orized and d3r�.^.Le3 to er.,=cute a deed of conve��ance of eer-

deed and to affix the City seal of�the City of Lynwood

escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
