Be it resolved by tkie City Council of the CiCy of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WFIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 15th day of June__, 1943 ac-
cepted the offer of Clarence E. Haines and It•4arie K. Haines,
husband and wife as ,Joint tenants
for the purcl�se of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of LS�nwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; '
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Councl2 of the City of Lyn-
• wood does hereby resolvE,, determine and order as follows; •
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Clarence E. Hainea and Narie %. Haines, husband
and wife as ,joint t2nants
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to saici purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.

Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the Sum of Seven Hundred �'orty-seven Dollar.s and 37/100'
(�74'7.37)•'the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and direc:te3 *..o zx�cute a deed of conveyan.ce of cer-

Clerk of eaid Gity is hereby authorized to attest eaid deed •
and to affix the City aeal of the City of Lynwood thereto,
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section-3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized ta sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. .That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynrvood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration sh�ll have been pa.id to
said City.
