Be St resolved by the City Council of the City of L,vn-
wood, Californla, as follows:
WHEREAS; the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 15th day of _ June __, igq3 ac- ,
cepted the offer of Secuoia lnvestment Corporation
for the. purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynu�ood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; �
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn- '
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order ae followst
Section 1. That the Clty of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Sequola Investment Corporation
said property.hereinafter described, subject to conditions,
restrictions; reservations and easements of record,: sub�ect to �
assessments and bonds of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
� said City.
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of

the sum of One Hundred Sixty-nine Dollers and 20�100 (�169.20)
� the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of sald City is hereby authorize3 to attest said
deed and to Affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of LynK�ood.
Section 3. Tnat the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign Any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
, Section 4. That the Clty Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on .
behalf of the said Citv of Lynwood, as aoon as, or upon con�
dltion that the sAid consideration shall have been pa5.d to
said City. �
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreemerit is
described as follbws, to wit;
Lots 1303 and 1307, in Tract No. 3335,
as per Book 36, Pa�ge 42 of h4aps, Re-
corda oY Los Angeles County.
