Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 15�th day of _ June _, 194 ac-
� cepted tHe offer�of Helen R. I�Iaxwell, a a�idova
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
� the City.of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follovls:
Section 1, That the City of Lymvood "shall convey to
the said Helen R. I�azwell, a widow �.

said property hez•einafter described, to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record,
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to �aid. lands than has been acquired by.
said City.
Sectlon 2. That upon payment to the City of Lvnwood of
the sum of Thirty-Two Hundred Dollars and no/100 (�3,200.00)
the Mayor ef the City o£ Lynwood is hereby auth-

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said deed
and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood thereto, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City, on
behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to aign any escrow
agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said landa.
Section 4, Tha,t the City Clerk of said. City is authorized
to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on behalf of
the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon condition that the
said censideration shall have been paid to said City.
Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is des-
cribed as follovrs, to wit:
