Subject: Extension of Agreement — Fiscal Year 2014-2015
Dear Mr. Woods:
Pursuant to Section 1.3 Schedule of Performance & Term of the existing Agreement for Bus
Shelter Maintenance Services between the City of Temple City and Woods Maintenance
Services, Inc. the City wishes to extend the Agreement for an additional one-year term. All
conditions, requirements, compensation, and scope of work would remain the same (see
attached). If acceptable, please indicate your agreement by signing below and returning a copy
of this letter by April 25, 2014 to:
