Be it resolved hy tfie City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the i�tY� day of June __, 194 3 ac-
- cepted the offer of Carl Louls �'lillard and Lena Laura P��111ard,
husband and wife, as ,Joint tenants .
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
sald City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wo0d does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
� Section"1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to

on behalf of eaid City, are hereby authorized to aign any
escrow agreement neceasary to complete the transfer of said
lands. ,
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author—
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con—
dltion that the said consideration sha11 have been paid to
said City,
