THEREIN, ,
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
woofl, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the T5th day of __June _�; lgg ac-
cepted the offer of Amos C. Dreher and Jeanette E. Dreher,
husband and �vife, as �oint tenants
for the Furchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council oY the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follovas:
Section 1. That the City of Lyn�vood shall convey to
the said Amos C. Dreher and. Jeanette E. Dreher, husband
and wife, as ,joint tenante
said property hereinafter described, subject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars('9�500.00)
the Mayo:� of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and dir.ecte3 *..o zx�cute a deed of conveyar..ce of cer-

and wife, as �oint tenants

on behalf of the said City of Lynu�ood, thAt the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to af�ix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3: That the Mayor and City Clerk of sald City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands,
Sectlon 4. That the City Clerk of said City Ss author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of t�he sald City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said. City.
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit: ,

2551, as per nap recorded in
